About This Program

The SHRA Home Repair Program provides emergency repairs to correct health and safety hazards in owner-occupied single-family homes and mobile homes. SHRA administers the repair work, hires, and pays contractors directly on behalf of the homeowner. Eligible areas include the City of Sacramento, Cities of Galt, Folsom, and Isleton, and unincorporated Sacramento County; excludes Citrus Heights, Rancho Cordova, and parts of Elk Grove.

Very low income (≤50% AMI); must be owner-occupant; SHRA manages contractor selection
