The Community Housing Impact and Preservation program offers no-cost home repairs and rehabilitations to income-eligible Lucas County homeowners outside Toledo city limits. Repairs include roofs, water heaters, furnaces, electrical, insulation, ADA modifications, and plumbing.
Full cost covered for eligible repairs; excludes City of Toledo residents
