How lead access and payment work
A matching directory listing with a usable business email may receive a contact-free project offer whether claimed or unclaimed. Claiming, satisfying the account requirements, and signing in are required before you can review and accept one here. Each lead has exactly one buyer. The first eligible contractor whose free-credit acceptance completes or whose displayed payment finalizes receives the contact, and the lead closes immediately for everyone else. Nobody else is charged or receives the contact. A lead is not a guaranteed job or funding award.

Billing
The first accepted compatible lead may use a free credit, and completing that acceptance closes the lead. Paid leads that pass the sellability checks range from $20 to $500. The exact one-time price is shown before acceptance and reflects the job, its scope, the local market, and lead quality. Exactly one contractor receives contact, and nobody else is charged or receives it. A lead with insufficient core information is not sold at a lower price. There is no subscription, recurring charge, or charge for ignoring an offer.
