About This Program

Cook Inlet Housing Authority delivers AHFC-funded weatherization and home rehabilitation services exclusively within the Municipality of Anchorage. The program covers window and door replacement, insulation, boiler/furnace/water heater repairs, electrical updates, and drywall work — all at no cost to income-qualified homeowners. Priority is given to elderly residents, families with disabled members, and families with children age 6 and under. Expect a lengthy waitlist.
