AHFC's Alaska Residential Energy Rebates program currently offers a $10,000 rebate for new single-family homes that achieve a 5-Star Plus or higher energy efficiency rating, with applications open since January 2025. Two additional programs, the Home Efficiency Rebate and Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate, are in development for launch in 2026, funded through IRA Inflation Reduction Act dollars.
