About This Program

AHFC's Alaska Residential Energy Rebates program currently offers a $10,000 rebate for new single-family homes that achieve a 5-Star Plus or higher energy efficiency rating, with applications open since January 2025. Two additional programs — the Home Efficiency Rebate and Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate — are in development for launch in 2026, funded through IRA Inflation Reduction Act dollars.
