USDA program providing grants up to $10,000 and/or loans up to $40,000 to very-low-income homeowners in eligible rural areas to repair or improve dwellings. Grants available only to seniors (62+) who cannot repay a loan. Atlantic City itself is not eligible but surrounding rural Atlantic County areas may qualify.
