NYS Access to Home grants for wheelchair ramps, lifts, roll-in showers, doorway widening, grab bars, non-skid floors, stair glides, accessible kitchens. Administered by HOCN for Buffalo’s West Side and adjacent neighborhoods. Veterans with war-related disabilities qualify up to 120% AMI. As of January 2026, funding is temporarily exhausted.
