About This Program

Federal IRA-funded rebates administered by New York State. HOMES rebates: up to $8,000 for whole-home efficiency upgrades (up to 100% free for households below 80% AMI). HEAR rebates: up to $14,000 for heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, electrical panel upgrades, insulation, and weatherization. Income-based tiers.
