About This Program

Duke Energy Carolinas offers rebates to residential customers for qualifying energy efficiency upgrades including heat pump/AC replacement (up to $1,000), heat pump water heaters (up to $800), windows (up to $800), and insulation. Customers must first complete a Home Energy Check. Combined rebate potential is up to $5,075 with special promotions. Available to Duke Energy electric customers in Charlotte.
