About This Program

The Neighborhood Matching Grants Program awards up to $25,000 to eligible neighborhood organizations to improve the livability of Charlotte neighborhoods. Tier I neighborhoods (median tax value up to $104,110) may apply for up to $25,000; Tier II neighborhoods (up to $181,703 MTV) may apply for up to $10,000. At least 50% of the match must be volunteer labor.
