About This Program

Duke Energy's Income-Qualified Weatherization program (Helping Home Fund) provides free comprehensive weatherization and energy efficiency upgrades to income-eligible Duke Energy customers. Administered by the NC Community Action Association (NCCAA). Households at or below 200% of the federal poverty level qualify. Also includes a monthly bill credit of up to $42 through the Customer Assistance Program.
