About This Program

Habitat Charlotte Region provides free critical home repairs to seniors and income-qualified homeowners at or below 50% AMI. The program addresses unsafe roofing, flooring, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and accessibility modifications. There is no cost to the homeowner; a 5-year deed restriction is required. Timeline from application to repair start is approximately 12–14 months.
