The NC Weatherization Assistance Program helps low-income households reduce energy costs through comprehensive weatherization upgrades including insulation, air sealing, HVAC tune-ups, and health and safety improvements. Blue Ridge Community Action (BRCA) is the subgrantee serving Mecklenburg County. Income must not exceed 200% of the federal poverty level.
