Chicagoland Habitat for Humanity / IHDA
In partnership with IHDA, Chicagoland Habitat for Humanity provides forgivable loans for essential health and safety home repairs delayed due to COVID-19 impacts. Assistance is forgiven monthly over a three-year term. Priority given to households at or below 80% AMI.
Forgivable over 3 years (1/36th per month); must certify COVID-19 financial hardship
Deadline: Through September 30, 2026 or until funds exhausted
