About This Program

Illinois Solar for All provides income-eligible homeowners, renters, and multifamily residents access to solar energy at no upfront cost through subscriptions or direct installations funded by the state's Climate and Equitable Jobs Act. Participants save on electricity bills without owning panels. Households at or below 80% AMI in ComEd or Ameren Illinois service territories are eligible; income guidelines updated annually per P.A. 103-1066.
