About This Program

NHS Chicago's CHIP provides up to $15,000 in health and safety home repairs for eligible homeowners in select South Side neighborhoods. Eligible repairs include roofs, windows, porches, masonry, heating, electrical, and plumbing. Priority given to residents over 60 and those with urgent health/safety needs.
