About This Program

Grants up to $10,000 (age 62+, never repaid) and loans up to $40,000 at 1% interest for very-low-income homeowners. Must be in USDA-eligible rural area. Most of Cincinnati proper does not qualify, but some outer Hamilton County areas may. Use USDA eligibility map to verify address.
