About This Program

Low-interest (0–3%) loan for owner-occupied 1–2 family homes to address code compliance. Covers one major repair per decade: roof, porch, electrical, plumbing. Must own/occupy 1+ year, no active foreclosure. 50% loan forgiven if owner stays 5+ years. Income at or below 80% AMI.
