About This Program

Grant for one critical health or safety repair per decade for low-income seniors (60+) and disabled adults (18-59). Covers roof, porch, smoke/CO alarms, electrical, plumbing, and handicap accessibility. Household income must be at or below 35% AMI. Budget ~$900K/year from HUD CDBG.

• One critical repair per 10-year period
