About This Program

Grant for one critical health or safety repair per decade for low-income seniors (60+) and disabled adults (18–59). Covers roof, porch, smoke/CO alarms, electrical, plumbing, and handicap accessibility. Household income must be at or below 35% AMI. Budget ~$900K/year from HUD CDBG.

• Must be age 60+ OR receiving disability payments (ages 18–59)
• Household income at or below 35% AMI (1 person: $23,050 / family of 4: $32,900)
• One critical repair per 10-year period
• Property taxes must be current or on a payment plan (3 consecutive payments made)
