About This Program

Provides grant assistance up to $10,000 for low- and moderate-income homeowners facing emergency home repair needs. Applications may be submitted throughout the year and are reviewed as funding permits. Applicants must be at or below 80% AMI and the property must be their primary residence.

Direct grant — no repayment required.
