CountyCorp is Montgomery County's housing and community development organization. Administers the City of Dayton Home Repair Revolving Loan Program pilot (forgivable 5-year loans for exterior repairs in target neighborhoods). Also provides homebuyer assistance, first mortgage programs, and down payment assistance for Montgomery County residents. Income limits apply.
