About This Program

Kent County's Minor Home Repair Program partners with Home Repair Services of Kent County to provide grant-based assistance for small but essential repairs to income-eligible homeowners outside Grand Rapids city limits. Assistance covers furnace repairs, plumbing leaks, roof repairs, and other health and safety needs. A co-payment may be required. Eligibility requires ownership and occupancy as primary residence.
