HUD CDBG-funded grant for Kansas City, MO homeowners at or below 80% AMI. Exterior repairs: up to $10,000 one-time grant. Interior repairs: up to $7,500 as a 5-year forgivable loan (repaid only if sold within 5 years). Covers plumbing, electrical, roofing, HVAC, main water/sewer lines. Must not have received City home repair help in the past 5 years. Single-family only.
