About This Program

Targets homeowners in specific neighborhoods identified in Kansas City's Consolidated Housing and Community Development Plan. Eligible residents choose 2 repairs (plumbing, electrical, roofing, or HVAC) at no cost. Must meet 80% AMI limits and not have received City repair help in the past 5 years.
