About This Program

The Clark County HOME Consortium receives HUD HOME funds and distributes them through nonprofit CHDO partners for owner-occupied rehabilitation and homeownership assistance in Clark County. Households must be at or below 80% of Area Median Income. Homeowners apply through qualifying nonprofits, not directly to the county. The 2026–2027 funding round has been awarded.
