About This Program

The Nevada Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) provides free energy efficiency upgrades to income-eligible households in Las Vegas and Clark County through HELP of Southern Nevada. Services include insulation, air sealing, solar screens, LED lighting, HVAC repair or replacement, water heater upgrades, and low-flow fixtures. Households must earn at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Both homeowners and renters are eligible, though landlords may bear 50% of capital costs for renters.
