Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR) for low- and moderate-income Wisconsin residents. Below 80% AMI: 100% of project costs up to $14,000. Between 80–150% AMI: 50% of costs up to $14,000. Covers heat pumps, water heaters, electric panels, insulation, and ENERGY STAR appliances.

Income at or below 150% AMI; single-family or multifamily
