About This Program

Free exterior home repairs for seniors 60+, disabled individuals, and veterans in the 7-county metro. Painting, siding, stair repairs, porch stabilization, landscaping, and exterior accessibility mods (ramps, grab bars, widened entryways). Goal: restore 100 homes in 2025–2026.

Own home, age 60+ OR disabled OR veteran, income-eligible
