City bonus rebates stacked on top of CenterPoint and Xcel utility rebates. Up to $14,000 in Northside and Southside Green Zones (Jordan, Hawthorne, McKinley, Near North, Phillips, Cedar-Riverside); up to $5,000 citywide. Work must be by licensed contractor.

Green Zone = up to $14K; rest of Minneapolis = up to $5K
