About This Program

Restore Louisiana is a CDBG-DR funded program helping homeowners recover from federally declared disasters including Hurricanes Laura, Delta, Ida, and now Francine (2024). Currently in Phase IV, it prioritizes seniors 62+, disabled households, and Most Impacted and Distressed parishes. The program is no longer accepting new applications for 2020-21 disasters but has expanded for Francine-impacted homeowners.

Grant covers eligible repair or rebuild costs up to full replacement value in some cases. CDBG-DR funds; no repayment required.
