The City of Oklahoma City provides deferred-payment, forgivable loans funded through HUD's CDBG and HOME programs to help low- and moderate-income homeowners repair or rehabilitate their primary residences. Eligible repairs include roofing, mechanical systems, structural issues, and accessibility modifications. Assistance is provided as a lien on the property, forgiven over time as long as the homeowner remains in occupancy.
