About This Program

Low-interest loans at 3% or less for OPPD residential customers making energy-efficient home improvements. Up to $30,000 combined. Up to 15-year term for most improvements (5 years for appliances). Covers windows, insulation, HVAC, solar, wind, and more. Apply through NDEE then a participating lender.
