About This Program

Rebates for OPPD customers on windows and attic insulation. Windows: $75 per window (max $1,000, U-Factor ≤0.27). Attic insulation: $0.25/sq ft — up to $500 contractor-installed, $250 DIY (min R-49). One rebate per address every 15 years. Homes built 2004 or earlier encouraged to apply.
