About This Program

VA-backed home loans give eligible Providence-area veterans, service members, and surviving spouses access to 0% down payment mortgages with no PMI and competitive rates. The Providence VA Regional Benefit Office at 380 Westminster Street provides loan guaranty services and can connect veterans with approved lenders.
