About This Program

Mayor Smiley launched this program in partnership with the Providence Revolving Fund to help income-eligible homeowners who have incurred multiple housing code violations make essential repairs at no cost. Funded by DIS fee collections and a $3 million ARPA allocation, the program targets 1-4 unit properties owned by households at or below 100% AMI. There are no out-of-pocket expenses for qualifying participants.
