For veterans with permanent, total service-connected disability. Buy, build, or modify home for wheelchair access, roll-in showers, ramps. Up to 6 lifetime uses. Qualifying disabilities: loss of two limbs, blindness (20/200 or less), severe burns, post-9/11 lower limb loss.
