About This Program

Grant for SAH or SHA-eligible veterans living temporarily in a family member's home. Allows adapting a temporary residence to meet disability needs. SAH-eligible veterans receive up to $50,961 and SHA-eligible veterans up to $9,100 for FY 2026.

For temporary residence only; does not reduce SAH/SHA lifetime benefit
