About This Program

California's Low Income Weatherization Program (funded through DOE WAP and state climate investments) provides free comprehensive weatherization to low-income households statewide. In Sacramento County, Community Resource Project (CRP) is the local subgrantee administering these services. Services include HVAC repair/replacement, insulation, duct sealing, water heater replacement, and energy audits at no cost to eligible households.
