SMUD Free EV Charger & Installation (Income-Eligible)

About This Program

SMUD offers income-eligible EAPR customers a completely free Level 2 EV charger and circuit installation (up to $2,500 value) for single-family homes. Non-income-eligible SMUD customers can receive up to $600 in Charge@Home rebates ($250 toward the charger + $500 for circuit installation minus standard rebate cap). The free program requires EAPR enrollment.
