About This Program

SMUD's Home Performance Program takes a whole-house approach to energy efficiency, bundling rebates for multiple upgrades including HVAC heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, insulation, and air sealing. Must use a qualified contractor from SMUD's Contractor Network. Rebates are stacked across eligible improvements for maximum savings.
