SMUD's Energy Saver Bundle is a free in-home energy assessment and upgrade program available exclusively to customers on the EAPR low-income discount rate. A SMUD energy specialist visits your home, identifies efficiency opportunities, and installs qualifying improvements at no cost, which may include HVAC repairs/replacements, insulation, LED lighting, and other weatherization measures.
