Minor Home Repair Program

About This Program

The Minor Home Repair Program assists income-qualified homeowners citywide with critical health and safety repairs including plumbing, electrical, broken windows, damaged doors, and non-working utilities. Applications are accepted year-round on a first-come, first-served basis with an active waitlist. Household income must not exceed 80% of AMI.

Cost of repair capped at $25,000; actual award based on scope
