Rehabarama Program

About This Program

Rehabarama brings together local contractors, volunteers, students, and sponsors to preserve historic and aging homes for aging in place and generational wealth building. The program assists homes built prior to 1960 in priority City Council districts, providing up to $25,000 for improvements and repairs. Households at 30% AMI or below are prioritized.

Priority given to Districts 1, 2, 3, and 5; income at or below 80% AMI required
