About This Program

Santa Clara County funds owner-occupied home repairs through CDBG for residents of Campbell, Los Altos, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Morgan Hill, Saratoga, and unincorporated county areas. Repairs are administered through Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley and Rebuilding Together Peninsula at no cost to income-eligible homeowners. San José city residents should apply through the City's own program.
