About This Program

San José Clean Energy's EcoHome Rebate offers up to $12,000 in rebates for heat pump HVAC and heat pump water heater upgrades, and up to $14,900 for battery storage added to solar. From April 1 to May 31, 2026, a $500 bonus is available on new heat pump water heaters. An interest-free, no-money-down EcoHome Payment Plan covers up to $5,000 for up to 5 years.
