About This Program

Free home repairs for low-income homeowners in St. Louis City and County. As of July 2025, accepting new applications only from U.S. Military Veterans age 60+ who are at 80% AMI or below, current on mortgage and property taxes. Non-veteran applications may open in the future. Covers doors, plumbing, grab bars, ramps, roofing, electrical, HVAC, windows.
