Following the May 16, 2025 tornado in North St. Louis, $2.5M Rams Settlement funds were deployed for Vacant Unit Turns: repairs to bring rental units back online for displaced households. Up to avg $10K/unit. For-profit landlords became eligible October 21, 2025. Separate from CDBG-DR. Verify current availability with CDA.
