NYS HCR pilot grant for critical home repairs in areas of persistent housing discrimination. Home HeadQuarters administers in Syracuse with capacity for ~165 homeowners. Covers roofs, code violations, utility upgrades, foundation repair, ADA improvements. Income at or below 80% AMI for 1-4 unit owner-occupied homes.
