Grant for veterans with certain service-connected disabilities to adapt a family member's home in which they will reside. For veterans who are blind in both eyes with 5/200 visual acuity or less, or who have lost or lost use of both hands. Can be used up to three times.

Full grant amount for qualifying disabled veterans; adjusted annually
