Grants of up to $20,000 cover dangerous structural issues including collapsing floors, deteriorating roofs, faulty electrical systems, plumbing leaks, and accessibility modifications for homeowners with disabilities. Seven nonprofit partners administer repairs — eligible homeowners pay nothing.
