About This Program

GO REPAIR! addresses inadequate housing conditions to ensure safe, accessible homes for Austin residents. Grants of up to $20,000 cover dangerous structural issues including collapsing floors, deteriorating roofs, faulty electrical systems, plumbing leaks, and accessibility modifications for homeowners with disabilities. Seven nonprofit partners administer repairs, eligible homeowners pay nothing.

Grant amount varies by scope of repairs needed up to the $20,000 cap.
